There is a philosopher in Groningen who charges 40 dollars an hour to give Wittgensteinian solutions to problems. “They already know the answers. it’s their questions they aren’t aware of.” (an entry I saw in Guy Davenport’s notebooks.)

I know what I ought to do.

I’ve stopped hearing my question, however. That is probably why I waver so much nowadays.
