oh my! i think this is the first time elizabeth loftus has been cited in any legal judgment in singapore (let alone a court of appeal judgment!!) in fact it might even be the first time cog psych and neuro-law articles are being cited in such a matter-of-fact manner, let alone so many and within a single decision!
